Katy's Inn - La Conner, WA
Nestled in the hills above the main street of LaConner, Katy's Inn was built in the late 1800's. The home was first owned by Captain John Peck, and his family moved to the area in 1882. In 1918, the Whitney Family purchased the home and three generations lived in the home until 1980. Katy's Inn was established in 1984, named after the Rancourts beloved Grandma Kate. It has been an Inn since that time. The current owner is a 5th generation Skagitonian, renovating the guest spaces to highlight the historic architecture, with some modern comforts.
