The Guest House B&B Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookie
A delicious chocolate chip cookie that is made without egg!
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream butter, sugars, vegetable oil and vanilla until fluffy. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto cooie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on wire rack. Makes 18 cookies.
