Experience the gracious hospitality of the Victorian past in this beautifully restored Queen Anne masterpiece. This award winning Painted Lady is one of the most photographed and artistically depicted Victorian mansions in the Pacific Northwest. She sits high on the bluff commanding spectacular views of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains.Walking under the grapevine-covered trellis, past the sweeping verandah, you enter the inn on the main level through the foyer to the formal parlor. Fireplaces in both these rooms create a warm ambiance upon arrival. In the parlor, the grand piano and antique organ are tuned and await your pleasure. The large formal dining room has expansive views of the bay, as does the cozy tower nook. In the library/study, you can read in the comfort of overstuffed furnishings.

Ascend the grand oak staircase and you will find eight private rooms or suites resplendent in antique furnishings. Each room is beautifully detailed in Victorian-style wall-coverings, drapes and fine bed linens. All rooms have private baths complete with antique clawfoot soaking tubs, showers or both.

Play a leisurely game of billiards in the garden-level game room or relax, warmed by the fire in the wood stove, and enjoy your favorite movie on the VCR.

A recent addition is a huge hot tub within a gazebo (enclosed in winter for year-round enjoyment) in the south garden. There's a splendid view of the bay from the hot tub.
